VILLAINS LAND SET TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION

Construction on the highly anticipated Disney Villains Land at Magic Kingdom could begin as early as March 1, 2025, according to a newly uncovered permit. The 14-acre expansion, expected to feature a roller coaster and an indoor ride, will be built behind Big Thunder Mountain Railroad with an initial budget of $25-$50 million.

MAHARAJAH JUNGLE TREK BAT EXHIBIT CLOSING FOR REFURBISHMENT

The bat exhibit on the Maharajah Jungle Trek at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will close for refurbishment starting February 17, with plans to reopen in early March. During the closure, guests can still explore the trail’s other wildlife, including the popular Sumatran tiger cub, Bakso.

EPCOT BEGINS EARLY PREPARATIONS FOR 2025 FLOWER & GARDEN FESTIVAL

The 2025 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will debut a new Yacht Club and Beach Club-inspired playground called Playalong Bay Play Garden, along with two seafood-focused Outdoor Kitchens, Yacht Grub and Beach Grub. The playground and booths will be located near the Imagination! pavilion and World Showcase.
